Sitting out this one out ...

Since Thanksgiving, my left knee has been bothering me, so I had planned to get an appointment this week with an orthopedic doctor.  I didn't get to chance to schedule an appointment this week, but I did get an appointment in 2 weeks. The knee has been feeling OK since I hadn't been running. It's been a short but hectic week @ work too - will be on travel; maybe I'll have more workout time.
