Birmingham area runner killed in tragic early monring accident

 To all my dear running/sports enthuasists, please be careful outside - especially in the early morning and late evening hours. Tragically, a runner was killed this morning while running in the Mountain Brook area of Birmingham. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
