Week #1 RNR NOLA Training - recap

Only one training run last (and really only one workout of any kind last week) - week 2 has to be better:
Sunday 10/30/11 - long run: 6.43 mi, 1:33:05, 800 cal.

My next event is a 10K this Saturday, so I definitely need to get at least a couple of short runs in this week too.

My knees left OK while I was running, but they've been stiff since I got home.
