Monday (10/31/11) - No run scheduled (cross training?)
Tuesday (11/1/11) - Steady run, moderate intensity - 45:00 with 8 sets of 30 second sprints somewhere in the run.
Wednesday (11/2/11) - No run scheduled (cross training?)
Thursday (11/3/11) - Steady run, moderate intensity (40:00) followed by relaxed sprints/'strides' (6:00)
Friday (11/4/11) - No run scheduled (rest)
Saturday (11/5/11) - Steady run, moderate intensity - 1:30:00 (Vulcan Run 10K)
Sunday (11/6/11) - Short run (recovery intensity) - 25:00
