15 in 15 - My Sojourn to Labor Day
With Labor Day just 15 weeks away, I have decided to start a new chapter on my weight loss journey. This will be a slow one, taking into account all the pit-stops and detours along the way (summer vacations, Independence Day, family reunions, etc.). With all these obstacles, I still want to - or I will - lose one pound a week. Not too aggressive a goal, is it? Surely not. I will start today's by hiking with a group of friends this evening to burn off some of these ribs inhaled and ice cold libations earlier today! LOL!
