Rebounding
Just getting back to training today (recumbent bike - 30:00, 3.7 mi.). Pulled thigh muscles doing too much yardwork last weekend.
A sista just trying to keep in good health and hoping to inspire others along the way!
Non-athlete, but loves being active - running, hiking, tennis, etc.
My motto-Shoot for the moon and you'll fall among the stars!
I started running right before New Years 2009, so it wouldn't be just another New Year's resolution that I didn't keep - :). Unfortunately, my spirit and my will have lasted longer than my knees - after only running for about 3 years, my knees are failing. This is largely attributed to a very serious knee injury and surgery years ago and falling victim to arthritis. But I'm not giving up. I keep moving - ANY MOVEMENT IS BETTER THAN NO MOVEMENT AT ALL!
