RECAP: 2012 Peachtree Road Race Training - week 1 (3/19 - 3/25/12)
Well, week 1 wasn't stellar. Only one workout this week - no real reason other than my lack of motivation and dedication.
Mon, 3/19/2012 - run/walk - 3.0 mi, 45:06 - 4:00/1:00 - 4.0/3.5 mph (341 cal).
Maybe keeping this blog will keep me honest - and hopefuly motivated.
