Today I'm not posting about myself - I am posting to pay remembrance to the victims, prayers for the survivors and family, and honor to the brave men and women who took care of the injured and fallen at the Boston Marathon.

I bcane acquainted with this lady through one of my running social website (Just Finish). She survived polio as a child and ran the Boston Marathon!

A sista just trying to keep in good health and hoping to inspire others along the way! Non-athlete, but loves being active - running, hiking, tennis, etc. My motto-Shoot for the moon and you'll fall among the stars! I started running right before New Years 2009, so it wouldn't be just another New Year's resolution that I didn't keep - :). Unfortunately, my spirit and my will have lasted longer than my knees - after only running for about 3 years, my knees are failing. This is largely attributed to a very serious knee injury and surgery years ago and falling victim to arthritis. But I'm not giving up. I keep moving - ANY MOVEMENT IS BETTER THAN NO MOVEMENT AT ALL!
